- * Negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely collections.
- * Maintain accurate collection records and update the system.
- * Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets while maintaining professional customer interactions.

- Requirements:

- * Minimum 1+ year of experience in loan collections/recovery.
- * Fluency in Kannada or Telugu is mandatory.
- * Good communication and negotiation skills.
- * Basic computer knowledge.
