Salary & Benefits

- CTC: Up to 2.4 LPA
- Incentives: 8,000–10,000 per month (based on performance)

Eligibility Criteria

- Age up to 32 years
- Male & Female candidates
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Intermediate or Graduate

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 6 months of experience in the Loans Department.
- Experience in vehicle loans, two-wheeler loans, or retail finance is preferred.
- Experience in NBFCs, banks, finance companies, or dealership finance is an added advantage.




- Good communication and customer interaction skills.
- Must be proficient in the local language.
- Willing to work from a two-wheeler showroom.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Source customers for two-wheeler loan products.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable loan options.
- Explain loan schemes, EMI plans, and eligibility criteria.
- Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick loan approval and disbursement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with showroom staff and customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and loan disbursement targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan process.
