- Building solid, long-term partnerships and acting as the primary point of contact for corporate accounts.
- Ensuring services are delivered on time and meet quality standards, including monitoring KPIs and SLAs.
- Resolving complex client complaints or issues promptly and empathetically.
- Identifying opportunities for additional services and developing retention strategies to reduce churn.
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure client needs are communicated and met.
- Preparing regular performance reports for management and conducting surveys to gather client feedback
