About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Trademark Associate to join our legal team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of trademark laws, intellectual property rights (IPR), and legal documentation. You will be responsible for conducting trademark searches, providing legal opinions, managing trademark portfolios, and supporting trademark filing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct trademark availability and conflict searches.

Prepare trademark search reports and provide legal opinions.

Manage and maintain clients' trademark portfolios.

Draft legal documents related to trademarks and other IPR matters.

Assist with trademark filing and prosecution.

Ensure compliance with applicable Intellectual Property Laws.

Coordinate with clients and government authorities regarding trademark matters.

Maintain accurate legal documentation and case records.





Provide timely updates to clients on application status and legal matters.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or any relevant graduate degree.

Experience in Trademark or IPR matters is preferred.

Knowledge of Trademark Law and legal drafting.

Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in English and Tamil.
