About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced AI Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions across the organization. This role blends deep technical expertise with strong leadership skills youll architect scalable AI systems, guide a team of engineers and data scientists, and act as the go-to solution owner for AI-driven initiatives from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership Team Management,

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and developers
Set technical direction, coding standards, and best practices for AI development
Conduct code/design reviews and ensure architectural consistency across projects
Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and delivery timelines with the team
Solutioning Architecture
Translate business problems into scalable, well-architected AI/ML solutions
Design end-to-end AI system architectures (data pipelines, model training, deployment, monitoring)
Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML frameworks, tools, and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Own technical proposals, POCs, and solution documents for stakeholders and clients
Problem Solving Innovation
Diagnose complex technical challenges and design practical, efficient solutions
Balance trade-offs between performance, cost, scalability, and time-to-market
Stay ahead of emerging AI trends (LLMs, GenAI,



agentic systems, MLOps) and apply them where relevant
Troubleshoot production issues related to model performance, data quality, or infrastructure
Collaboration Stakeholder Management
Work closely with product managers, business teams, and clients to understand requirements
Present technical solutions and roadmaps to leadership and non-technical stakeholders
Coordinate with DevOps/Data Engineering teams for smooth deployment and integration

Required Skills Experience
10+ years in software/AI engineering, with 3+ years in an architect or technical lead role
Robust hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and/or Generative AI/LLMs, Agentic AI.
Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Hugging Face)
Experience with LLM ecosystems (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, LangChain, RAG pipelines, vector databases)
Solid understanding of MLOps practices model deployment, monitoring, CI/CD for ML
Experience designing systems on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams
Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and system design skills
Excellent communication skills able to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
