Domain SME for Logistics, Travel, and Transportation who will be responsible for providing deep industry expertise and strategic insights to support the development, implementation, and optimization of solutions within these sectors for US based customers. The SME will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that business processes, technology solutions, and operational strategies align with current industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary knowledge resource for trends, regulations, and best practices in the logistics, travel, and transportation industries.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for technology and process improvements.
- Advise project teams on industry-specific challenges and identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, test, and implement solutions that address complex operational needs.
- Provide training, mentorship,



and support to internal teams regarding domain-specific processes and compliance.
- Monitor industry developments and proactively recommend updates to policies, procedures, and systems.

Qualification:

- 10+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Travel, Transportation Business domain
- Proven track record as a SME in IT services and solutions for Logistics, Travel, Transportation Business domain
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with industry software and technology platforms is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Skills

- Project management experience in logistics or transportation sectors.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements for global operations.
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives in the travel and transportation industry.
