Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud applications using BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation) to automate business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop REST API integrations between different systems using SOAP/XML/JSON protocols.
- Troubleshoot issues related to HCM Cloud application performance tuning, data migration, and system configuration.

Job Requirements :

- 5-8 years of experience in developing Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud applications using BPMN modeling language.
- Solid understanding of ERP Cloud concepts such as PCS (Process Control System) and VBSC (Visual Basic Scripting).
- Proficiency in SQL PL/SQL programming language for database interactions.
- Experience with XML/JSON data formats for integration purposes.
