- As a Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing processes. You will develop and execute test plans, identify and document defects, and work closely with the development team to resolve issues. 1. Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop Test Plans and Strategies:

- Create detailed test plans based on project requirements.
- Define testing strategies for various aspects of the software, including functional, performance, security, and usability testing.

1. Design and Execute Tests:

- Develop and maintain test cases and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
- Execute test cases and document results, ensuring thorough coverage of all use cases and edge cases.

1. Identify and Report Bugs:

- Identify defects and issues within the software.
- Report bugs in a clear and concise manner, providing detailed steps to reproduce, severity, and priority.
- Work with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

1. Automate Tests:

- Write and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
- Integrate automated tests into the continuous integration pipeline.

1. Perform Regression Testing:

- Conduct regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not negatively affect existing functionality.

1. Maintain Documentation:

- Document test plans,

- Keep records of test progress, outcomes, and any issues encountered.

1. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:

1. Qualifications:

1. Education:

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

1. Experience:

- 2+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, QTP, or TestComplete.

1. Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or C#.
- Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and bug tracking tools (e.g., Bugzilla, Mantis).
- Knowledge of continuous integration tools such as Jenkins, Travis CI, or CircleCI.

1. Analytical Skills:

- Robust problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze requirements and design effective test strategies.

1. Communication Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation.
