Key Skills required :

- Positive in developing business relationships with customers.
- Comfortable for travelling and regular customer visits.
- Able to generate retrofit, product sales enquiries and submission of offer on top priority.
- Knowledge of HVAC design standards and basic fundamentals of central air conditioning systems.
- Good in Heat load and BOQ estimations, costing.
- Knowledge of tender submission and working for tenders estimation.
- Able to achieve monthly plans and reporting monthly planning for visits, enquiries, offers and booked order.
- Good communication and writing skills.

Knowledge of HVAC all products : Chillers, VRF, Ductable, Package, DX system, VAM, AHU, Cooling towers, HRW etc.
