Job Summary

APM Group Private Limited is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented EMS Operator to
support our Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) production activities. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for electronic assembly, PCB handling, quality inspection, and
maintaining production efficiency while following company quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble electronic products and PCB assemblies as per work instructions.
Perform soldering, de-soldering, and component replacement when required.
Operate production equipment and assembly tools safely.
Identify and handle electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, ICs,
connectors, and sensors.
Conduct visual inspection of PCBs and finished products.
¢ Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production guidelines.
¢ Maintain production records and daily work reports.
¢ Report defects, production issues, and machine abnormalities to the Production
Supervisor.
¢ Ensure proper handling of ESD-sensitive components.
¢ Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the work area.
¢ Support production targets while maintaining product quality.
¢ Coordinate with Production, Quality,



and R&D; teams for smooth manufacturing
operations.

Required Skills

¢ Basic knowledge of electronic components and PCB assembly.
¢ Ability to identify electronic components.
¢ Basic soldering knowledge is preferred.
¢ Positive hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
¢ Ability to read and follow work instructions.
¢ Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.
¢ Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

¢ Experience in SMT or Through-Hole PCB Assembly.
¢ Experience in electronics manufacturing.
¢ Knowledge of ESD handling procedures.
¢ Familiarity with measuring instruments such as a Digital Multimeter.

Qualification:

¢ ITI (Electronics/Electrical)
¢ Diploma (ECE/EEE/E&I;/Mechanical)
¢ B.E./B.Tech (Freshers can apply)
¢ Any Degree with relevant manufacturing experience
