Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop structural designs for various projects using STAAD Pro software.
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress, identify potential issues, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
- Prepare detailed reports on design specifications, construction methods, and quality control measures.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in civil engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in STAAD Pro software for structural design and analysis.
- Robust understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
