- Develop evaluation programs that maximizes the output and productivity of the agents
- Conduct root-cause analysis of problems, possible solutions and provide actionable insights for performance improvements
- Monitor tele-calling trends within the company and benchmark against what is trending across the industry
- Conduct calibration/ feedback sessions with agents for improving the quality of interactions
- Experience on email audit, 7QC tools, Pareto analysis and Audit dashboards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
