- MBA (Marketing/Finance)
- 2 to 4 years in marketing, BD, or fundraising (real estate preferred)
- Proven track record in investor pitching and fundraising
- Strong in market research, financial modeling, negotiation
- Existing network with investors/VC/PE firms
- Good communication and strategic mindset
