Roles and Responsibilities :

- Conduct line inspections to identify defects or deviations from specifications, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with production teams to develop and implement SPC (Statistical Process Control) plans for machining processes.
- Ensure compliance with IATF standards by conducting regular audits and monitoring of quality control procedures.
- Ability to handle quality inspection instruments like vernier, air & height gauges, micrometer, CMM, Contour, profile projector

Job Requirements :

- 8-15 years of experience in handling line quality in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a machine shop setting.
- Robust understanding of various quality inspection instruments and gauges like vernier, air & height gauges, micrometer, CMM, Contour, profile projector CMM inspection techniques, including calibration and maintenance procedures.
- Proficiency in MSAs (Measurement System Analysis) software for data analysis and reporting purposes.
