Job Overview

- Role: Malayalam Telecaller (Domestic Voice Process)
- Experience: 0 - 3 years (Freshers & Experienced both welcome)
- Salary: 14,000 - 18,000 per month (Based on experience & interview performance)
- Work Location: Chennai (T. Nagar / Teynampet)
- Job Type: Full-time, On-site
- Shift: General Shift (Day Shift only)
- Timings: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM OR 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls or handle inbound inquiries from customers in Malayalam.
- Explain company products, services, or offers clearly to potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and guide them with the right information.




- Maintain a database of daily calls and follow up with interested leads.
- Achieve daily/weekly performance targets assigned by the team leader.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Language Skills: Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory. Good verbal communication in Tamil or English is a robust plus.
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass), Diploma, or any Graduate degree.
- Skills: Good listening skills, patience, persuasive speaking abilities, and a positive attitude.
- Experience Benefit: Prior experience in BPO, telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Availability: Candidates must be able to join immediately.
