JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Develop and manage quality assurance
- Monitor testing and inspection
- Standard operating procedure
- Meet customer requirements at all times.
- Management of customer complaints
- Safeguard product integrity, quality and safety
- Assessment of raw materials
- Undertake various internal audits
- KAIZEN initiative
- Conduct internal training
- 10-15 work experience in a busy manufacturing food industry and plastics packaging environment - 5years as a Manager in plastics packaging industry. Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience.
- Experience with implementation of corrective action programs.
- QMS Experience - TQM,ISO, SHEQ, FSSC , GMPsetc.
- Must have worked with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of Hygiene standards (food production),



Quality control (food production), Kaizen and Quality systems (ISO, CMMI, etc.)
- Effective Quality Control Analysis skills
- Outstanding skills and knowledge in polymer formulation
- Demonstrated hands on Skills Knowledge in Quality Control testing equipment and processe
