Qualification: Diploma / B.E. Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily CNC VMC machine shop production.

- Achieve production targets while ensuring quality, safety, and delivery.

- Manage operators, shift activities, and manpower allocation.

- Monitor productivity, machine utilization, and OEE.

- Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room.

- Ensure adherence to SOPs, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and IATF requirements.

- Drive continuous improvement, rejection reduction, and process optimization.

Required Skills:

- CNC Turning VMC machining operations

- Production planning and shift management





- Engineering drawing GDT interpretation

- Cutting tools, fixtures, and machining processes

- Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, OEE

- ERP MS Excel
