Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily assembly line operations to achieve production, quality, and delivery targets.

- Manage manpower, line balancing, and shift activities for optimum productivity.

- Ensure adherence to SOPs, Control Plans, and assembly work instructions.

- Monitor in-process quality, reduce defects, and drive corrective actions.

- Coordinate with Production Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores for smooth operations.

- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, IATF 16949 requirements, and housekeeping practices.

Required Skills:

- Assembly line supervision and production planning

- Manpower management and line balancing





- Pneumatic and hydraulic assembly processes

- Engineering drawing interpretation

- Root Cause Analysis (8D, Why-Why, Fishbone)

- Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen OEE

- MS Excel ERP knowledge
