Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced RCM Trainer with strong expertise in Medical Billing to lead classroom and practical training sessions. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering structured training programs and enhancing team performance across the Revenue Cycle Management process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver classroom training sessions on end-to-end RCM / Medical Billing processes
- Develop and update training modules, materials, and presentations
- Assess trainee performance and provide periodic feedback and evaluations
- Manage training batches, schedules, and learning outcomes effectively
- Support knowledge transition for new hires and existing employees
Requirements:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Medical Billing / RCM training
- Trainer certification / Trainer paper is mandatory
- Proven experience in classroom training delivery
- Robust communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex RCM concepts
- Good organizational and coordination skills
Qualification:
- Any Degree
