Hiring – Live Underwriter (US Residential Mortgage) Team Leaders

Location: Pune (Work from Office)

Chennai - Work from home

Salary: Up to 16 LPA

Experience: 2+ years (US Residential Mortgage – Mandatory)

Relieving Letter: Mandatory

Notice Period: Up to 30 days

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform live underwriting for US residential mortgage loans
• Review income, assets, and appraisal documents
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with guidelines

Required Skills:





• Experience in live underwriting (US Residential Mortgage) – Mandatory
• Strong understanding of 4C’s: Credit, Capacity, Capital & Collateral
• Expertise in income, asset & appraisal review
• Positive analytical and decision-making skills
• Willingness to relocate to Pune
Eligibility: Any Graduate (with relevant experience)
