We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Material and Asset Engineer with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The role will focus on ensuring the asset, reliability, and availability of critical production equipment and systems.

Roles and Responsibility

- Lead and facilitate Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and streamlined RCM processes.

- Assess and optimize maintenance asset strategies to ensure optimal performance.

- Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to minimize downtime and reduce costs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

- Provide training and guidance to junior engineers and technicians on RCM principles and practices.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.





- Minimum 2 years of experience in material and asset management.

- Strong knowledge of RCM principles and practices.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
