- Manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and track progress.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., SECURE) and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays or disruptions.
Job Requirements :
- 7-9 years of experience in IT services & consulting with a focus on project management.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and ability to apply them effectively in real-world scenarios.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
