1. Own and run the day-to-day programme controls rhythm for the infrastructure programme, including daily stand-ups, weekly delivery reviews, risk and issue reviews, dependency syncs, and readiness for steering discussions.

2. Maintain control over the integrated implementation plan and NetSuite OpenAir schedule governance, ensuring key milestones, baseline dates, forecast dates, task ageing, timesheet approval exceptions, slippages, recovery actions, and decision points are visible, reviewed, and escalated where required.

3. Drive internal Gorilla workstream follow-ups across Business Operations, Finance, Procurement, HR, Technical, Asset, Compliance, and Support teams to ensure actions are closed on time and blockers are escalated with facts.

4. Own the quality of programme governance artefacts, including RAID, milestone tracker, decision log, dependency log, action tracker, weekly reporting pack, and document register, ensuring they are current, accurate, and decision-ready.

5. Identify execution risks early and drive structured escalations to the Programme Director with transparent issue summary, impact, owner, due date, recovery path, and decision required.





Top 5 Key Skills Required

1. PMP-certified infrastructure programme management with proven experience delivering data centre, network, hardware, platform, and large-scale IT infrastructure programmes.

2. Cross-functional execution planning, converting complex dependencies into clear plans with owners, due dates, milestones, risks, escalation paths, and recovery actions.

3. Strong PMO governance discipline, including RAID management, milestone control, action tracking, dependency management, decision logging, and weekly executive reporting.

4. High ownership in driving internal teams to closure, especially where delivery depends on coordinated action from Procurement, Finance, HR, Technical, Compliance, Operations, and Support teams.

5. Third-party vendor, OEM covering sourcing support, delivery tracking, dependency resolution, escalation management, and service performance.

6. Excellent fact-based communication and escalation skills, with the ability to present programme status clearly using RAG, schedule variance, blockers, risks, decisions required, and recovery plans.
