We are looking for L1/L2 Engineer to maintain and support IT Systems, Network and LAB infrastructure. The candidate with 0-1 years of experience in Networking, OS Client and Server (Windows/Linux/Mac) and software support
Qualification: BE, Graduate in Computers/ telecommunications.
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure various network devices (e.g. switches, Access Points)
- Setting up network switches for VLAN, VTP, STP
- Valuable understanding of DHCP, DNS, NTP, NFS, SNMP, RADIUS
- Setting up network testbeds/LAB as per the requirements, which includes, stacking the devices in the rack and basic configuration.
- Installation of server and client OS
- Provide support to resolve OS/Network/System/Software issues
- Ability to set up VMs on the VMWare vSphere/KVM
- Knowledge of Routing protocols, Wireless protocols, IPv6, Public Clouds (GCP, AWS) would be preferred and certifications like CCNA would be an added advantage.
