1. DG Set Operations • Operate DG sets during power failures and emergency situations. • Monitor DG performance parameters including voltage, current, frequency, fuel level, coolant level, and battery condition. • Conduct routine inspections and maintain operational readiness of DG equipment. • Maintain daily operating logs and fuel consumption records. 2. Electrical Equipment Monitoring • Monitor and maintain LT Panels, AMF Panels, UPS Systems, and associated electrical equipment. • Identify abnormalities and initiate corrective actions. • Ensure continuous and safe operation of electrical systems. 3. Preventive Maintenance • Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance activities for DG sets and electrical systems. • Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules and checklists. • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for major maintenance activities. 4. Breakdown Maintenance • Attend breakdowns and troubleshoot electrical and DG-related issues. • Escalate critical issues to supervisors and support teams. • Minimize equipment downtime through timely response and corrective action. 5.



UPS Monitoring & Maintenance • Monitor UPS performance and battery health. • Ensure proper functioning of backup power systems. • Maintain records of inspections, servicing, and battery replacements. 6. IT Support • Provide basic first-level IT support for desktops, printers, and peripherals. • Coordinate with the IT team for issue resolution and system maintenance. • Assist users in resolving routine IT-related concerns. 7. Documentation & Reporting • Maintain shift handover records, maintenance logs, and operational reports. • Record DG running hours, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities. • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required. 8. Safety & Compliance • Follow company safety procedures and EHS guidelines. • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. • Participate in emergency response drills and safety initiatives. • Maintain a safe and clean working setting.
