Role & responsibilities

- Create and modify structural packaging designs using ArtiosCAD.
- Develop accurate die-lines, cutter guides, and production-ready files for cartons, corrugated boxes, labels, Pouchs, bags and other packaging formats.
- Prepare and validate die-cut layouts according to customer specifications and production requirements.
- Generate sample mock-ups and prototypes for customer approval and internal testing.
- Ensure all designs comply with manufacturing capabilities, material specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with R&D; team and graphic designers to integrate artwork with structural designs.
- Review customer-supplied files and identify potential production issues.
- Optimize layouts to improve material utilization and production efficiency.
- Maintain design libraries, templates, and project documentation.
- Support production teams by resolving technical issues related to die-cutting and packaging structure.
- Perform quality checks on files before release to production.
