- Achieve assigned volume targets through recruitment for the South region.( e commerce, logistic, manufacturing )
- Maximize job drives. field hiring , headhunting
- Ensure achievement of individual hiring targets
- Coordinate with clients to ensure timely interview feedback, offer letters, and joinings.
- Coordinate with clients to increase mandate flow.
Valuable to Have:
- Prior experience in the staffing industry.
- Experience in blue-collar recruitments for Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities.
- Industry knowledge for Manufacturing and Automobiles
- Willingness to travel.
