We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced CRM Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing customer relationships and driving collection targets within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collections Management: Lead and manage end-to-end collection processes to ensure timely payments and minimize outstanding dues.
- Reporting: Maintain accuracy and proficiency in preparing, analyzing, and handling detailed CRM and collection reports for senior management.
- Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring skilled and effective communication throughout the customer journey.
Candidate Requirements:
- Industry Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience specifically within the real estate industry.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Tamil and English.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex data and reporting tasks.
Compensation:
- Salary Range: 40,000 50,000 per month.
- Note: The final offer will be determined based on the candidate's previous drawn salary.
