"Plan, design, and execute test cases for SAP HCM Time and Payroll, including positive/negative and retro scenarios",

"Validate, regression-test, and document changes to PCRs, schemas, and time/payroll rules",

"Test custom ABAP HR reports, interfaces, and enhancements; perform data validation and reconcile results",

"Build and maintain automated regression suites in TOSCA (or similar), including reusable test modules and data sets",

"Lead/execute SIT cycles and support UAT; manage defects in JIRA, perform retesting, and ensure timely closure",

"Collaborate with functional consultants, ABAP developers, and business SMEs to clarify requirements and test scope",

"Create test strategy, traceability, coverage metrics, and status/defect reports for stakeholders",

"Support testing of integrations with third-party/ServiceNow systems and Fiori/OData apps where applicable",

"Ensure compliance with union/non-union and collective agreement requirements in test coverage",

"Contribute to Agile ceremonies, estimation, risk-based prioritization, and continuous improvement of testing practices"

"Required Qualifications":

"610 years of hands-on SAP HCM testing with strong focus on Time Management and Payroll",

"Proven experience testing complex PCRs, schema modifications, and time/payroll rule changes",

"Hands-on testing of custom ABAP HR reports/objects (validations, data integrity, performance)",

"Test automation experience for SAP (TOSCA or similar), including building and maintaining reusable, data-driven test scripts",

"Solid understanding of retroactive payroll processing and its testing implications",

"Experience executing SIT cycles and supporting UAT, including defect management,



retesting, and closure",

"Experience with JIRA and Agile delivery practices (backlog, sprint ceremonies, reporting)",

"Strong understanding of SAP HCM-standard testing terminology (e.g., Positive Functional Test, Retroactive Accounting Check, Personnel Subgroup Variant)",

"Excellent communication skills and ability to work with functional, technical, and business teams",

"Good to have: Experience with S/4HANA HCM landscapes",

"Good to have: Exposure to Fiori/OData testing",

"Good to have: Experience testing integrations between SAP HCM and third-party/ServiceNow systems",
