Engineering & Configuration

- Lead engineering and configuration of Honeywell EPKS systems using Control Builder and Quick Builder Database.
- Configure C300 Controllers and Series C I/O modules.
- Develop and implement I/O assignments, templates, control modules, sequence logic, and interlocks.
- Configure alarms, trends, and historical data for process monitoring and optimization.

System Integration

- Integrate DCS with third-party systems such as VMS, CCS, FACP, and HVAC.
- Implement communication using OPC, Modbus, TCP/IP, and other industrial protocols.
- Ensure seamless and reliable data exchange across systems.

Documentation & Deliverables

- Prepare, review, and validate engineering deliverables including:
- Functional Design Specifications (FDS)
- I/O Lists
- Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Cable Schedules
- Panel Drawings

Testing & Commissioning

- Lead and execute Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
- Perform system commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting activities.
- Ensure systems meet performance, safety, and project requirements.

Leadership & Coordination

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers.
- Coordinate with customers,



vendors, and internal project teams.
- Drive project execution while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.

Support & Maintenance

- Support DCS migration, system upgrades, and ongoing maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and cybersecurity policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to minimize downtime.

Mandatory SkillsHoneywellEPKS , DCS Commissioning, DCS Operation, OPC, Modbus, Protocols, System Integration, Functional Design Specification Fds, C300 Controllers and Series C I/ODesirable SkillsExperience in DCS migration and system upgrades Knowledge of cybersecurity standards in industrial automation (ISA/IEC 62443) Exposure to Honeywell safety systems (like FSC/SM) Familiarity with SCADA systems and other DCS platforms Experience in Oil & Gas, Power, Pharma, or Process industries Basic knowledge of: Network architecture and switches Virtualization (VMs/Servers) Programming/scripting exposure (nice to have): Python, VBA, or similar tools for automation Solid documentation and review skill.
