Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Application Engineer to support engineering programs from quotation through product launch for Automotive Sub-systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in product design, development, and validation of automotive fluid systems and related components.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and validate automotive products from concept to production.
- Work closely with customers, platform managers, and cross-functional teams to gather product requirements.
- Establish design parameters ensuring manufacturability and quality.
- Guide designers on fabrication, processing, and assembly considerations.
- Execute product development through APQP methodology.
- Review and approve engineering drawings, material, and performance specifications.
- Perform DFMEA and DVP&R; activities.
- Coordinate prototype development, testing, and product validation.
- Drive design improvements, standardization, and cost optimization.




- Ensure engineering milestones and program objectives are achieved.

Required Skills

- 515 years of experience in the Automotive Industry.
- Hands-on experience in the design and development of Automotive Sub-systems such as:
- Fluid Systems
- Tubes / Pipes / Hose Assemblies
- Fuel Lines & Brake Lines
- Thermal Management Lines
- Fluid Conveyance Components
- Interior & Exterior Trim Components
- HVAC Ducts

- Strong knowledge of APQP, DFMEA, and DVP&R.;
- Excellent problem-solving and program management skills.
- Strong communication and customer management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Good written and verbal communication in English.
- German or French language skills will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience with Automotive Tier-1 Suppliers or OEMs.
- Strong product design and development experience in automotive systems.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple engineering deliverables.
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced engineering environment.
