Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and facilitate training programs aligned with organizational and business objectives.
- Create engaging learning content, including presentations, training manuals, handouts, e-learning modules, and instructional materials.
- Conduct induction and onboarding programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
- Deliver sales, product, process, behavioral, and soft skills training for frontline employees.
- Identify training needs through Training Need Analysis (TNA) and Training Need Identification (TNI) exercises.
- Administer and manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including course creation, learner tracking, and reporting.
- Prepare and maintain training MIS, dashboards, attendance records, effectiveness reports, and learning analytics.




- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback mechanisms, and post-training performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify capability gaps and implement appropriate learning interventions.
- Ensure timely execution of training calendars and compliance with learning initiatives across locations.

Experience: 4-5+ years of work experience as an L&D; qualified, preferably in BFSI industry

Qualification: MBA or equivalent degree
