Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development & Marketing Executive to support our B2B sales and marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for vendor registration, tender management, lead generation, client communication, and maintaining solid relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Register the company as a vendor with government departments, public sector organizations (PSUs), and multinational companies (MNCs) for raw material supply.
- Search for relevant tenders, prepare the required documents, and submit tender applications on time.
- Generate business leads through WhatsApp, email campaigns, telecalling, and basic social media marketing.
- Handle and follow up on inquiries received through IndiaMART and convert them into business opportunities.




- Maintain regular communication with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Prepare quotations, collect customer requirements, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and other business-related documents.
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Support the Business Development team with day-to-day administrative and marketing activities.

Key Skills

1. Strong communication and relationship management skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers through phone calls, email, and WhatsApp.
2. Knowledge of B2B business development, vendor registration, and tender management, including handling IndiaMART leads and coordinating sales opportunities.
