- Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for corporate import clients, providing proactive daily tracking and updates.
- End-to-End Import Operations: Oversee customer service workflows for Sea and Air imports using our direct IATA airline allocations and shipping line networks.
- Documentation & Compliance: Manage and verify HBL/MBL, HAWB/MAWB, Arrival Notices (CAN), and Delivery Orders (DO) with zero errors.
- CHA Coordination: Coordinate with our internal Customs Clearance (CHA) team for swift cargo clearance at Chennai Port and Airport.
- Cost & Margin Control: Monitor shipments actively to eliminate container detention, port demurrage, and unnecessary operational costs.
- Billing & Finance: Generate accurate customer invoices, verify overseas agent billing, and ensure healthy cash flow cycles.
