Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end bid process to secure current business opportunities by developing compelling proposals that is ensuring compliance with client requirements.
- Analyse RFPs, RFQs, ITTs, and other tender documents to understand client requirements.
- Develop bid strategies, manage bid plans, timelines and conduct post-bid evaluations.
- Must have hands on experience in proposals, presales, solution design and solution architecture.
- Knowledge of contract terms, pricing models, and risk management.
- Manage risk assessment and mitigation during the bid process.
- Key skillset:
- Must have experience BPO bid management.
- Must have experience in presales and solutioning.
