Job Title: MIS Executive

Job Summary

The MIS Executive is responsible for collecting, maintaining, analyzing, and reporting business data to support operational and management decision-making. The role involves preparing accurate reports, maintaining databases, ensuring data integrity, and providing timely MIS support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Maintain and update databases with accurate information.
- Generate dashboards and performance reports for management.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
- Prepare Excel reports using formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts, and other analytical functions.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather required data.
- Monitor KPIs and provide performance insights.
- Identify data discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
- Support business operations with timely reports and analysis.




- Maintain proper documentation and report archives.
- Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and data security guidelines.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or any graduate.
- 5-7 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Data Management, Operations, or Business Support.
- Freshers with strong Excel skills may also be considered.

Required Skills

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, Charts, Conditional Formatting).
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reports within deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred.
- Experience with ERP/HRMS/CRM systems is an advantage.
