Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 3+ years of experience in US Residential Mortgage Underwriting
Graduation is Mandatory
Experience in End-to-End Live Underwriting
Robust knowledge of 4 C's and AUS
Experience in Income & Asset Underwriting
Post Closing experience is mandatory
Immediate Joiners or candidates with up to 15 days notice period preferred
Relieving Letter is Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Perform End-to-End Live Underwriting for US Residential Mortgage loans.




- Review borrower income, assets, credit reports, and collateral documents.
- Evaluate AUS findings and determine loan eligibility.
- Conduct income calculations and asset verification.
- Assess risk using the 4 C's of Credit.
- Handle Post Closing reviews and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines.
- Maintain quality, productivity, and turnaround time targets.
