About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Freshers with a B.E./B.Tech background in Mechanical, Automotive, or Mechatronics Engineering who are passionate about starting a career in Non-IT Recruitment & Talent Acquisition. This is a great opportunity for engineering graduates who want to pivot into HR, staffing, and recruitment leveraging their technical understanding to hire for Non-IT domains such as Manufacturing, Automotive, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and more.

No prior recruitment experience is required just a willingness to learn, strong communication skills, and a go-getter attitude!

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates for Non-IT roles through job portals, social media, and internal databases
- Understand client/hiring manager requirements and create effective sourcing strategies
- Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers




- Maintain and update candidate database/ATS regularly
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure a smooth hiring experience
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet hiring targets and TAT (turnaround time)

Desired Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Automotive, or Mechatronics Engineering (Freshers welcome)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for people and networking
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Willingness to learn Non-IT recruitment and Talent Acquisition processes
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
