About the Role:

Alorica is hiring Customer Representatives for an International Voice Process. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills who can confidently interact with international customers and provide timely and effective resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from US customers
- Understand customer requirements and provide prompt solutions
- Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required

Requirements





- Freshers and candidates with a minimum of 6 Month of experience can apply
- Any Graduate or Undergraduate
- Excellent spoken English skills are mandatory
- Comfortable working in US shifts
- Robust communication and active listening skills
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Flexible with rotational week-offs
- Immediate joiners preferred
