- Sat, 10-6pm About the Role We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller with excellent communication skills to engage with prospective clients and promote our professional resume writing and career services.
- The ideal candidate should have prior experience in BPO, telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead conversion roles within the Indian market.
- Key Responsibilities Connect with potential customers through outbound calls and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and explain our resume writing and career services.
- Qualify leads and convert inquiries into paid customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Address customer queries and provide accurate information about services.
- Maintain call records, follow-up schedules,
and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service fulfillment.
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Requirements 1+ years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, Customer Support, or similar roles.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English are mandatory; proficiency in Malayalam will be an added advantage.
- Robust persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable handling outbound sales calls and lead conversion.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and email communication.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
