Role & responsibilities

1.Source candidates through field activities, including:ITIs, Polytechnic & Engineering Colleges

- Villages and local communities
- Industrial areas and labour markets
- Job fairs and campus recruitment drives
- Employee referrals and local networks

2.Conduct candidate registration and initial screening.

3.Explain job roles, salary, benefits, and company policies to candidates.

4.Coordinate interviews with clients and ensure candidate attendance.

5.Mobilize and arrange candidates for interviews and joining.

6.Maintain daily recruitment MIS and candidate database.

7.Follow up with selected candidates until deployment.

8.Achieve assigned recruitment and joining targets.

9.Build solid relationships with local placement officers, institutions, and community leaders.

10.Coordinate with operations and HR teams for smooth onboarding.

11.Submit daily field visit reports and recruitment updates.
