KRA -

- Manage end-to-end execution of interior installation projects.
- Coordinate with customers, designers, vendors, factory teams, and installation teams.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules to ensure on-time completion.
- Conduct site visits to assess readiness and resolve execution challenges.
- Allocate manpower and resources efficiently across projects.
- Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to management and customers.
- Maintain project documentation and closure reports.
- Ensure timely updates in CRM, IMS, or other project management systems.
- Coordinate with procurement and vendors for material availability.
- Address customer concerns and escalations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards during installation.
- Conduct final inspections and obtain customer sign-off.
