Role & responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machinery.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical failures in cold forging, heading, thread rolling, heat treatment, wire drawing, and related equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections of machines and utilities.
- Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, gearbox, bearing, lubrication, and conveyor systems.
- Replace and align machine components such as shafts, couplings, belts, pulleys, bearings, and gears.
- Prepare and maintain maintenance records, checklists, and equipment history.
- Coordinate with production to schedule maintenance activities with minimum downtime.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company maintenance standards.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and recommend procurement of critical spares.
- Support installation, commissioning, and improvement of recent machinery.
- Implement TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
