We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager to drive our Micro Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolio. You will be responsible for generating business across 56 mapped bank branches. Your primary focus is navigating the local market to source mid-ticket mortgage cases directly through branch channels.

Key Details

- Product: Micro Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Ticket Size: 20 Lakhs to 1.5 Crores
- Channel: Branch Banking / Internal Sourcing + DSA
- Branch Mapping: 5–6 branches tagged to one manager plud DSA

Core Responsibilities

- Branch Engagement: Drive daily engagement with 5–6 assigned branches to extract quality mortgage leads.
- Lead Conversion: Meet prospective customers, understand their funding needs, and convert branch references into logins.
- Local Sourcing: Penetrate local market hubs, industrial areas, and commercial markets surrounding your mapped branches.




- File Processing: Handhold customers through the documentation process, ensuring clean file submission to credit teams.
- Disbursement Coordination: Coordinate with legal, technical, and valuation vendors to ensure quick loan turnaround time (TAT).

Requirements

- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in sourcing Micro LAP, Business Loans, or Mortgage Loans.
- Market Knowledge: Robust understanding of cash-flow assessment for small businesses and self-employed profiles.
- Core Skills: Excellent local language proficiency, strong convincing skills, and high relationship management capabilities.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (any financial certification is a plus)
