- Solve IT infrastructure issues within defined timelines
- Maintain strong technical knowledge across systems and networking
- Perform data backup and restoration activities
- Ensure timely issue resolution for users and systems
Principal Accountabilities
- Manage and troubleshoot desktops, servers, and routers
- Coordinate effectively with vendors and ISPs
- Continuously update technical skills to meet evolving requirements
- Minimize failures in servers, storage, connectivity, and networking
- Monitor server performance and maintain proper documentation
Shared Objectives
- Follow up with users on system performance and reported issues
- Ensure resolution of issues by coordinating with vendors
Support Responsibilities
- Ensure user-reported issues are solved within the specified timeframe
- Provide timely feedback to users on issue resolution
- Assist users in comfortable usage of desktops, printers, and networking
Qualifications & Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support
- Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of backup systems, server monitoring tools, and documentation practices
- Familiarity with ITIL framework preferred.
