Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Engineer with strong expertise in AppDynamics, Splunk, ThousandEyes, ServiceNow, Unix, and Shell Scripting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, incident management, and ensuring high availability of enterprise systems, with exposure to application development and contemporary technologies like AI and DevOps

Key responsibilities:

- Monitor application and infrastructure performance using:
- AppDynamics, Splunk, ThousandEyes
- Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
- Work with ServiceNow for incident, problem, and change management workflows
- Analyze logs, metrics, and alerts to ensure system reliability and uptime
- Develop and maintain Shell scripts for automation and operational efficiency
- Provide support in Unix/Linux environments
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot application issues
- Assist in implementing observability best practices
- Support deployments and production releases
- Contribute to continuous improvement of monitoring and alerting systems
