- Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying SAP FICO solutions using SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP) tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical roadmaps for project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on SAP FI/CO implementation best practices.
- Ensure timely completion of projects by managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in SAP Financial Accounting & Controlling (FI/CO) module with expertise in CAP tools such as SAP UI5/Fiori.
- Solid understanding of SAP HANA database management system and its integration with other modules like MM/PP/SD/TM.
- Experience in leading a team of developers or consultants working on complex IT projects involving multiple stakeholders.
