Location: Chennai/Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

- Draft transparent and concise reports, demonstrating strong communication skills in English.
- Collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment, working independently and as part of a team.
- Possess mastery of the MS Office suite and relevant architectural software.
- Manage deadlines effectively and prioritize multiple tasks with a strong sense of organization.
- Focus on energy efficiency initiatives, utilizing building energy simulation software (particularly eQuest).
- Conduct regular site visits, documenting compliance with green building rating systems like LEED, IGBC, and GRIHA (photographs required).
- Demonstrate willingness for occasional travel across India.
- Contribute to the firm's portfolio of projects under LEED, IGBC, and EDGE certifications, including existing projects.
- During site visits, guide stakeholders on the implementation of green building measures.





Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus on sustainability is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sustainability-related field.
- Proven track record of recent experience in sustainability demonstrated.
- Possession of GRIHA CP, Evaluator & Trainer, LEED AP, or IGBC AP certifications is highly desirable (but not mandatory).
- Working experience in eQuest will be preferred.
