We are hiring a Pricing Head for a leading Freight Forwarding company in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have 815 years of experience in freight forwarding pricing with expertise in Ocean, Air, and Multimodal logistics. Responsibilities include leading the pricing function, negotiating rates with shipping lines, airlines, NVOCCs, and overseas agents, preparing competitive quotations, managing RFQs and tenders, supporting the sales team with strategic pricing, monitoring market trends, and ensuring profitability. Robust commercial acumen, leadership skills, carrier relationships, and proficiency in freight management systems and advanced Excel are essential. Prior team management experience is preferred.
Preferred candidate profile
The candidate should be from Freight forwarding Industry only
Experience in working with multiple Liners and working on Pan India Basis .
