- As a QS he/she will be responsible for cost control, preparing BOQs, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for various projects
- Manage the preparation and submission of tender documents
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
- lead fit out project independently with knowledge of Quantity surveying, Rate Analysis, Value Engineering, Market Knowledge on pricing, procurement, post contract management, tracking budget & commercial closure of projects
